How can I change or cancel my order?If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us by this email sales@masondemarenci.com as soon as possible. Please note that we can’t guarantee that your order can be adjusted after it is shipped, but we will do our best to help you. Once the piece has been personalized, including with the help of our embossing or engraving services, it cannot be returned or exchanged. These pieces are considered the final sale.

May I return or exchange a Mason de Marenci piece in the online store?You can exchange or return pieces purchased online on the masonderenci.com website only. You can't do it in multi-brand stores of our customers (retailers). If you purchase Mason de Marenci pieces in the stores of our partners (retailers), you need to contact the store where you bought this product. How to take care about Mason de Marenci fine jewelry during the use?Many Mason de Marenci pieces have matte gold and over time the matte finish may require renovation. Our specialists in Madrid are always ready to do it for you. Glossy gold pieces may have scratches after a while and polishing allows you to remove or limit scratches on gold surfaces. Given that polishing involves removing a thin layer of metal, we do not recommend polishing your jewelry more than twice during the service life of a white gold product or three times a lifetime for a yellow gold pieces.
