We offer free home delivery for all domestic and international orders.

All in-stock orders ship within 2–4 business days, depending on the country of delivery and customs clearance.

If your order is not in stock, our team will contact you with an estimated delivery window.

Please note that personalization services (engraving, embossing, or size adjustments) may require an additional lead time of 1–2 business days.

All custom orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable. Custom orders are eligible for size exchange only within 14 days of receipt.

Mason de Marenci fine jewelry pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
The production time for Mason de Marenci fine jewelry may vary from 7 to 60 days, depending on the piece.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Only pieces purchased through the website carreraycarrera.com may be returned or exchanged just through MasondeMarenci.com website.

All the Jewerly pieces that have been engraved, embossed or modified can't be returned or exchanged.

Unworn Mason de Marenci fine Jewerly pieces are eligible for exchange or return up to 14 days from the delivery date.

If you wish to return or exchange your Jewerly piece, you will need to contact us by email sales@MasondeMarenci.com within 14 days.

You have 14 days to exchange your Jewerly piece and return in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them.

Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid shipping.

Once received, your piece will enter our quality control inspection process. If the piece is determined to be acceptable for return, it may take 5-6 business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed (the final refund will take additional time depending on your bank policy).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Refunds will only be issued after the order has been received back to the office and determined as being in new condition.

We can only accept returns/exchange from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
